+Experience with water, through noises of small waterfalls and the presence of water throughout the site
+Open Space underneath the concert hall to allow activity
+Two distinct spaces between top and bottom part of the concert hall; Light and heavy
+a Cafe, or market to link both the park and the concert hall.
+Make the building into a sculpture, so that it could be an interesting background for the park.
